"After I hired a realtor to sell my first house I decided the second house I would try to sell on my own. I researched on YouTube on how to sell the home. It looked easy enough to do so. I even went out and had a sign made and ready to put up in my front yard. I felt confident to show my own house. I also had a knee replacement surgery scheduled for the end of September. What was I thinking? Selling my house which was a necessity and having knee replacement which was also a necessity. I started to think that maybe I was over my head. About Carol

As a Full time Real Estate Agent working with Clients to market their homes for sale or to buy their dream home, I bring to the table an extensive depth of knowledge and experience in contract negotiations. Focused on the small details that matter to my sellers and buyers, you can leave the hard work to me!

Carol has been a licensed real estate agent for over 30 years and has represented both buyers and sellers in their Real Estate Transactions. I love to help people fulfill their desires, whether moving to a larger home, downsizing or moving to a retirement home, in our state, another state or even another country. Whether buying or selling, Carol offers professional guidance every step of the way from start to finish. Carol is a great Negotiator and always puts her Clients needs first. With a proven track record of just that, whether it be in a Real Estate transaction, fundraising for charities, coaching girls softball or in my prior corporate life; I am very committed to helping others.

In my spare time I also do part-time work for one of my favorite charities, the First Tee. I have been doing part time work as the tournament director organizing and managing their fundraisers throughout the year. I am also an avid sportsman whether it is coaching girls softball and/or Golf. I was a prior player and loved to pitch fast pitch softball as a youth which is why I give back my time and financial support whenever I can.

I also like to spend time in my garden with my two labradors and husband. We enjoy the outdoors golfing and we go to the beach frequently to spend time in our beautiful paradise.

Carol is a retiree from AT&T where she worked for 30 yrs 6 months as an accomplished Sales Executive working on the US Navy account most recently.  While working she has always been active in the community as well as the Real Estate industry.
