Carole Stadfield is a native Northern Virginian who is an experienced Real Estate Associate Broker who has received a National Association of Realtors award for over 40 years of service, awarded by the CEO of NVAR.
In 2023, Carole is serving on NVAR's Professionalism and Ethics Advisory Group, and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Advisory Group.
Carole specializes in residential and land sales, new construction and senior living communities. She also assists seniors in their transitions with specialized education, expertise and care.
Carole volunteers at Capital Caring and assists in the robotic companion pet program which serves
those who are unable to have live pets.
