About Carolyn
Meet Carolyn Gable, the real estate salesperson with a unique blend of expertise in
entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and spiritual leadership. With licenses in three states - Illinois,
Wisconsin, and Florida - Carolyn's success in business has enabled her to become a fierce
negotiator on behalf of her clients, providing them with keen insight and guidance for smart

As the Founder & CEO of New Age Transportation, a multi-million-dollar logistics firm which she
sold in 2018, Carolyn brings an unparalleled level of business acumen to her real estate
practice. She has not forgotten her humble beginnings, however, as a young single mother who
supported her family while waitressing. Carolyn established the Expect A Miracle Foundation to
provide resources for single working parents, helping to support over 15,000 children.
She also
founded the Believe Project, which awards $100 each day to a deserving neighbor in need.
Carolyn's impressive philanthropic work has not gone unnoticed, as the National Association of
Realtors published an article highlighting her contributions, specifically the Believe Project,
which gained national attention.
In addition to her philanthropic work, Carolyn is also a dynamic speaker and author. In her acclaimed book, Everything I Know as a CEO I Learned as a Waitress, she shares her principles for success in both professional and personal life.
