Carrie Juliao

From a young age, Carrie has been both infatuated, and in love, with real estate. After a few twists and turns in life and having the realization of just how short life can be, she decided it was time to live to the fullest and changed careers at 40. Carrie's main goal is to build a trusting relationship with her clients. She is extremely passionate about her craft and wants them to know she is on their side every step of the way. Carrie's residential clientele ranges from investors, luxury real estate, and real estate development.

Besides helping you find your dream home, she will help you plug into the Florida lifestyle too; because after all, buying a home is so much more than the four walls. Outside of real estate you can find her traveling with her husband who is a pilot, spending time with her grand-babies, at a local beach, paddle-board/kayaking, listening to live music, or somewhere trying to learn to salsa dance. Carrie supports St Jude, Feeding Tampa Bay, and serves as a Guardian Ad Litem in Palm Beach County. She serves on her Board of Realtors as the Chair of the Grievance committee. She is also very involved with KNOW women of Tampa and was featured in the Volume 5 Tampa City book as a Woman to KNOW 2022. She was raised with a heart for service and always looks for ways to help others.
