When it comes to Austin Real Estate, Cerretha Rose, is among the area’s most dedicated professionals. Cerretha has earned numerous certifications as a professional Realtor, and the one that is most important to her is the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® - SRES®.
SRES® is the only designation and marketing program specifically designed to serve senior property owners. By earning the SRES® designation, a REALTOR® has demonstrated necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. She is very passionate about her work with the senior community.
Cerretha Rose has been in Austin area real estate since 2001. She spent over thirty years with the State of Texas, Texas Tech University, and Fort Stockton Independent School District. Cerretha served as a member and on the Board of Directors of the Texas Women’s Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce; a member of the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce; and a member and on the Board of Directors of Executive Women in Texas Government. She has previously served on her neighborhood home owner's association board as well as the board of her local chapter of AARP. She was also a member of the Cedar Park Mayor's Senior Advisory Council.
Cerretha is a Mom and GrandMom. She enjoys community, volunteering, interior design, traveling and playing bridge. Cerretha says her bridge group is her "life compass" and is very near and dear to her heart. They've been playing bridge together more than 30 years.
