Cessna Barrett has lived in the Napa Valley since 1977 and has practiced real estate since 1999. She started her career with Pacific Union Residential Brokerage in Mill Valley, joined Up Valley Real Estate in St. Helena in 2000, and later became one of the youngest brokers in Napa County.
In 2004, the owner of Up Valley Real Estate sold the company to Barrett, making her the managing broker for 10 agents. In 2010, Barrett merged Up Valley Real Estate with Heritage Sotheby's International Realty and became a broker associate so she could focus more of her time with her son. In 2012, she joined 38 Spatial and 38 Real Estate, the only combined architecture and real estate firm in the Valley. She was the managing broker for two years before returning full circle to Pacific Union International, Inc. in St. Helena in 2014, and now holds an office with Compass in Napa.
