Karin Magnuson

Over a 30-year span of real estate experience, Karin has successfully matched first time buyers, repeat clients and the savviest of investors with everything from single and multi-family homes, condos and 1031-Exchanges to the perfect site for a custom-built home. Always game to expand her skill-set, she was twice chosen to build team sales of several long-term new-construction projects in Lincoln Park and the Gold Coast, spent 5 years exclusively representing a Design/Build contractor and earned ABR, GRI and CRS accreditations along the way.

Karin is a current 21-year Bucktown resident, was raised in the western suburbs and has lived, worked and thrived in Chicago’s neighborhoods since 1980. She combines her creative behind-the-scenes talents in journalism, advertising, studio photography, and catering with the highly one-on-one world of real estate. In her free time, she enjoys a passion for singing, is a long-time member of a Lincoln Park choir and dotes upon her sweet dogs with long walks along the 606.
