With parents in local real estate, development, and historic preservation, Meghan grew up immersed in these industries and developed core values centered on relationship-building, hard work, and mutual trust. As a Realtor®, she had a successful career in Sarasota with Michael Saunders & Company before relocating to Chicago, where she would eventually join Compass. After 8 years in Chicago, she returned to Sarasota to contribute to the growth and success of her cherished hometown and formed the Fox Leiter Team with her mom and stepfather, Susan and Jon. They provide a full concierge service as a close-knit family of agents, pairing their long history in the industry with their warm energies and passion for helping people. As an entrepreneur, Meghan has owned two small businesses – one in Sarasota and one in Chicago. She owned Sarasota News and Books, a destination for booklovers, nationally acclaimed authors, and downtown business leaders alike. In Chicago, she owned and operated All She Wrote, Lincoln Park’s go-to stationery and gift store.
