About Chris
I have been a Realtor for 20 years and have the skills and experience to help you with your real estate needs.  I am proud that I have earned the Five Star Professional Real Estate Award 13 years in a row.  The independent award company surveys my past clients on my skills and services and features the winners in Philadelphia magazine.  

I focus on the South Jersey market, but I can help you with buying or selling homes anywhere in the United States with my Compass network.  I was raised in South Jersey and while I lived in many places (Virginia, New York, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and the US territory of Guam) I truly love all South Jersey has to offer!  Here you will find excellent restaurants, all sorts of shopping, and a wonderful sense of community.  The NJ public schools system is one of the highest-rated in the country.  Swim clubs, first-rate theatre productions, recreational classes, walking, biking, and hiking trails are all here.  Also, Philadelphia, New York City, the beautiful NJ Shore, and the Poconos are only a short drive away.  

My education (Business Admin/Finance University of Delaware and MBA George Washington University), my prior work experience (Exxon/Mobil), and successfully completing 200+ real estate transactions help me offer my clients excellent representation.  I often help longtime homeowners sell their homes after many years of living there and have resources available to make this process easier and have done many relocation sales.  I have had good success helping Buyers in this challenging market as well.
