Having recently dealt with a Southern California realtor® in selling my brother's home, I was apprehensive that I would, once again, be jumping through hoops and suffering bouts of anxiety in selling my late uncle's Oakland home in Glenview. During my first meeting with Christian Downer, I was provided a comprehensive plan for placing the Oakland home on the market. Because the Oakland home was in a Trust, there were potential complications in the sale, but Christian and her team handled every detail seamlessly. Christian provided me with a calendar of the step-by-step processes we would follow to almost guarantee a fast sale at maximum price during what is a volatile time in real estate. From that point onward, Christian took over every detail in preparing the home for the market.
