I’ve worn many hats; however, Christian Ward – Broker may be my favorite yet. After 33 years in Michigan and spending my childhood traveling up and down the East Coast, I’m thrilled to return to Raleigh and put down new roots in the City of Oaks. Even better? I’m delighted to help incoming families do the same!

With a decade of real estate experience and a lifetime of successful sales, branding and communication work, I’m uniquely equipped to help my buyers & sellers get the most out of our Triangle market. I pride myself on my people-first mentality, and I decided to #ChooseChappell because I saw the same level of commitment & integrity in the Chappell team.

I measure my success not by my number of transactions but by the satisfaction of my clients and the level of service I provide. It’s just the right thing to do.

Whether I’m preparing a home to sell, or negotiating a contract to close, I ensure my clients are informed, involved and feel important. You’ll typically find me working in ITB or North Raleigh, Durham, or Chapel Hill; however, I’m always happy to hit the road to help out across the Triangle.

When I’m not trying to convince my three lovely adult daughters to join me in NC, I’m busy exploring the beauty of the Tar Heel State! Whether that means running, cycling, hiking, or even hitting the pickleball courts, I prefer to be moving. On the side, I host a podcast called “Interesting Humans,” where I connect with seemingly ordinary people with extraordinary stories to share
