About Colleen
Colleen's marketing strategy is represented by the tagline that sums up her philosophy-Real Estate By Design; a creative approach to real estate. Colleen did her Master's work in Interior Design at the Corcoran School of Interior Design. Her 25 years of experience in renovation, restoration, and new construction in addition to her 31 years of residential real estate sales uniquely qualifies her as a guide to both buyers and sellers.

Colleen was raised in Westwood, after college she moved to New York City to begin her Real Estate career, specializing in Soho and Tribeca loft resales. Her next focus was in luxury pre-construction sales in Boston and Cambridge - including Fulton Court, The Esplanade, and 255 Commonwealth Avenue. For the past 25 years, Colleen has concentrated on historic and new home resales in Old Town Alexandria and Boston.
 
Colleen's ability to quickly compile and analyze real estate market data and other relevant market information ensures that her clients always have the best information to make their property decisions. More importantly, Colleen is able to utilize this market information and turn the data into results. Her clients benefit from a consultative approach, tailored to their needs from pricing and marketing to timelines and communication.

Colleen is enthusiastic about her two sons - the youngest selling Real Estate in New York City, the older working for HubSpot in Cambridge. Colleen's favorite leisure activities include Summers in Wood Hole, discovering new interior designers, sailing, traveling, family, trying out new restaurants, and walking along the Charles River and the beaches of Cape Cod.
