About Connie
With two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Connie brings a wealth of knowledge and unique perspective to your property journey. Having recently made the move from the bustling streets of New York City to the sunny shores of Florida, Connie understands the intricacies of both markets like few others.
Previously, Connie worked as Director of Sales for the Related Companies, one of the largest developers of high-rise condominium, luxury apartment, and upscale commercial properties in the United States. Over her career, Connie has been tasked with the marketing and sales in excess of $5 billion worth of luxury residences with her most recent recognizable project being Hudson Yards in New York City. Connie is thrilled to bring her expertise to the West Coast of Florida.
In her role, Connie has contributed to all phases of the sales process from planning through marketing strategy and pricing analysis to contract execution and closings. Connie’s invaluable experience and genuine interpersonal skills has led her to advise owners of primary residences, secondary homes, corporate relocations, investors, and developers. But more important to Connie are the lasting relationships that she has built along the way. Through honesty and integrity, Connie prioritizes her client’s needs, making her the type of broker anyone would enjoy working with. Connie enjoys spending quality time with her family whether it be boating, skiing or traveling. She is actively involved at her child's school and spends free time volunteering and philanthropy. She also is one of the founding business partners of The Bay, the new public park along Sarasota Bay. Connie also sits on the board of The Spirit of Sport Global, a charitable organization that implements effective sport programs for under-resourced children and private faith-based schools.
