Dreams come true with Corrie: she's the real deal. She guided us through some complicated negotiations, helped us with the DocuSign, and gave us practical advice as to the real estate market here in Sonoma. In addition, because she has been in this area so long, she can recommend workers for construction and repairs. Another plus is that she knows how to calm your fears in the midst of serious discussions. We thanked our friends many times for recommending Corrie; we could not have asked for a friendlier and more qualified professional.

Corrie went out of her way to give me staging advice, helped me pack, was my therapist, decorator, insurance watch dog and friend from start to finish. When necessary, Corrie made sure we were taken care of in her absence, which really impressed me. She also had the foresight and cared enough to get us to the Best Western when delays occurred as we were moving. Selling a house and buying another one within two weeks is STRESSFUL! I loved the sweet and caring way Corrie kept up with us through the selling process and through the transition to our new house. Corrie never forgot us once we moved! I really appreciated her calls and visits to make sure things were all working well. Especially appreciated was the Fidelity Buyers Insurance that she gave us as a housewarming gift and the follow-up when we discovered we needed to use it! Corrie is very good at what she does, and we love our new home. We could not have done it without Corrie!
