About Courtney
Courtney joins Compass as a licensed agent in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. With a lifelong passion for real estate and helping others, she is eager to serve clients with honesty, integrity, and commitment. Her confidence, humor, and can-do attitude are a few of the qualities others have used to describe her. Having experience selling co-operatives, condominiums, and single-family homes, she can best serve clients across the board and throughout the Washington Metropolitan area.

A Rhode Island native and full-time Texan, her love of real estate began as she attended open houses and client meetings with her father, Bruce Evans, who is a licensed broker in Llano County, Texas. Her independent spirit and drive moved her to DC where she graduated from The George Washington University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology.

Courtney currently lives in the Martin’s Additions neighborhood of Chevy Chase, Maryland. In her free time, she is the founder of Otter Fox Investments, supports multiple charities and is an active member of the Blessed Sacrament church and Delta Delta Delta fraternity. As a great-great-granddaughter of Andrew Carnegie, Courtney sincerely hopes to carry a strong legacy of hard work, determination, and philanthropy and strives to live a life of service to those around her.
