As a Dallas native, Christina thinks she lives in one of the best cities in the United States. The Dallas area has great weather (most of the time!), fantastic shopping, amazing restaurants, an airport that makes traveling easy to anywhere in the world, and an Arts District that is the largest contiguous urban arts district in the nation.
Christina started in real estate by purchasing and renovating older homes in North Oak Cliff. This endeavor gave her insight into the interesting architecture and personalities of these historic homes. The renovation work eventually evolved into a real estate career and the bulk of her business is working with investors and developers.
Christina assisted in the renovation and conversion of a 1920s hotel, Lake Cliff Towers, to condominiums. She helped develop the first modern gated community, Kessler Woods, in Oak Cliff as well as the first green condo development, Buzz, in Dallas.
Her clients range from multi-family owners to land developers to first-time home buyers. She has discovered that a number of her residential clients turn into commercial ones at some point in their real estate acquisitions.
Christina has lived in Oak Cliff since 1999 and loves that area of Dallas. In her spare time, she enjoys working out or running with her dogs.
