Whether you're looking to buy your first home, or sell your "forever home", there's one common denominator: this will be the biggest transaction of your life. When it comes to choosing the right agent, you want to ensure that you know, like, and trust them. Daniel is far from a "transactional" agent; he not only wants to help you get the best deal on the purchase or sale of a home, but he also wants to get to know you as a person. Daniel covers the full gamut: he works with first-time home buyers, long-time owners/sellers, fix & flip investors, developers, and everything in between.
Daniel prides himself on thinking outside the box and adding as much value in advance as possible. You can count on Daniel to not only know the buying & selling process like the back of his hand, but to also have extensive knowledge on city zoning classifications, underwriting investment deals such as multi-family assets and land development opportunities, as well as new construction residential sales. Daniel has a heavy focus on the Kensington and Fishtown submarkets, but also services all of Philadelphia.
Daniel grew up in Montgomery County, PA and graduated from Upper Dublin High School. He began his college career across the state at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, but transferred after one year to finish out at Temple University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management. Daniel's previous job before getting into real estate was an entry-level, corporate position with Uber, as he dealt with tasks such as driver/rider support, brand ambassador, operations & logistics, etc. Daniel has lived in the city for the past eight years and currently resides in East Kensington.
When Daniel's not selling real estate, he loves spending time with his family and friends, reading books, engaging in personal development, catching a nice workout and/or playing basketball!
