Dan has lived in South Florida since 1985 and loves his hometown. He has been selling real estate for more than 10 years now and is also an entrepreneur who has built and sold a real estate photography company and a property management company. While remaining within the realm of real estate, the added background in these two niche professions have helped to make him an even better real estate advisor. His well-rounded grasp of the industry and the market, combined with his dedication to help others navigate and accomplish their real estate goals makes him an effective ally that you want in your corner.

Dan is a dog dad to a special Frenchie, named Chip. He adores that little bulldog more than he thought he ever would. He has always been a lover of the outdoors and live music. He travels to Steamboat Springs, Colorado, to snowboard almost every season. He is biased to that resort, because he spent two winters there in his early twenties and had an amazing experience. Back at home, he loves to go boating and bike the local trails. If there is a good band in town, there’s a great chance that you’ll run into him at the show.
