Dani understands the language of the investment world and carries this knowledge over to the residential sector, ensuring her clients not only find their dream homes but also excellent short and long-term investment opportunities.
Living in Venice for over 14 years, Dani has watched the entire westside of LA grow and change. In addition to her market knowledge of California, she has studied and worked in markets such as Aspen, CO and South Florida.
Born and raised in Phoenix Arizona, she attended Arizona State University, where she received a BA in Economics through ASU’s Barrett Honors College. Immediately after graduation, Dani moved to Venice beach to pursue a dance and tech career. Her experience in those industries created a hustle and a fire that is difficult to put out.
In her free time, she loves to travel, surf, play tennis, and knit! Having been to over 35 countries, traveling has helped her develop sensitivity to the unique perspective and desires of distinct clients. Her experience working across a variety of cultures, where the speeds and methods of performance change from one zip code to the next, renders her especially situated to adapt to clients’ personal preferences.
