About Daniel
Dan Ferrick graduated UCSB in 1993 with a Business Economics degree and lives in Santa Barbara, CA along with his wife Cara, and two sons, Dylan and Leo.
Dan was the CEO and Co-Founder of 3 Kiva Cowork locations here in Santa Barbara. He now heads up the Real Estate Dept., and also works as a commercial broker in town. He gets involved in community projects and world excursions and is excited to be a part of the Compass community.
Dan focuses primarily on Commercial Real Estate representation. He works on both Landlord/Seller and Buyer/Tenant sides of the transaction. He started his Real Estate career in Denver, Colorado at Colliers International and, shortly after, moved to Gibbons-White Commercial in Boulder, Colorado for 14 years. For the last 10 years he has worked with Central Coast Real Estate as a Real Estate agent housed inside of a property management company and has worked on several projects in Santa Barbara County.
He has helped businesses take the leap into their dream commercial space and has worked with clients such as CorePower Yoga, Kiva Cowork, Orange Theory Fitness, Tino’s Deli, Starbucks, Little Caesar’s, Rincon Brewery, Fluidstance, Mosaic Locale, Sprouts, Fedex, Keller Williams Real Estate, and many others. Negotiating the right deal, analyzing the financial models, and guiding his clients to make the right decisions are important to Dan’s work and outcomes.
