Darin Holwitz

A native New Yorker who grew up in New Jersey, I made San Francisco my home in 1988 after graduating from UC Davis with a degree in Psychology. I fell in love with the California lifestyle and the beauty, diversity, innovative and open spirit of the Bay Area and still find endless fascination discovering our city by the bay. I’ve been a full-time real estate agent since 2004. My career in real estate has allowed me to share my knowledge and passion of the area while putting my “people person” skills to good purpose. I take each and every client and the search we do together, personally.  Whether seeking the perfect home or business space, I am committed to partnering through the entire process. I’ll handle the entire process, from ordering pre-inspections, managing handyman/trade persons, to hiring the best stager who’ll make your property shine. For buyers, I will help direct you to a neighborhood that suits your personality and lifestyle and will effectively negotiate to get you the best deal while making sure each transaction runs smoothly from start to finish. I pride myself on doing this all with integrity. My reputation among my colleagues, ensures a cooperative and trusting interaction with other brokers in ways that especially benefit my clients.
