About David
David Beroza, a graduate of Stetson Law School and the University of Florida, was born and raised on the water in Delray Beach. Having lived in Delray Beach for nearly 40 years and holding a real estate license since 2007, he is extremely familiar with the Delray Beach real estate market, as well as the other local South Florida markets. He has a thorough understanding of all property types, and as a lifelong boater, scuba diver and intracoastal resident, he possesses a unique, in-depth understanding of what it takes to own and maintain waterfront property. After graduating law school, David practiced elder law and real estate law, coordinated a variety of real estate transactions and closings for a title company, and worked with a real estate broker on home sales and marketing. In addition, he has experience in several aspects of the customer service industry, from service to management.
