Born in Santa Barbara, David was raised in L.A. and knows the Greater Los Angeles area inside out. After managing a restaurant for many years, he realized that real estate was a natural fit, and the skills he acquired there, now fuel his work as part of the Compass team. He is a true, natural “people’s person” with a hands-on approach and optimistic can-do attitude, taking care to really get to know his clients and treating them as friends. Working with David is never merely transactional but always a warm and positive experience. David goes out of his way for his clients to make things happen. He understands market trends and meticulously analyzes data to help his clients find the right neighborhood and home at a price that works for them.
