I've been in the business since 1998 and have been through several "cycles" over that time. The good, the bad and the ugly....! After a successful career working with buyers and sellers, I found that I really enjoyed helping other agents with their transactions, contract negotiations, lead generation and the legal side of this business. I've been in management full time since 2010 and I have never looked back. I continue to learn and grow with my agents and my Sales Manager Team at Compass. I look forward to the challenges that each day brings. My best days are when I can help agents solve problems, build stronger relationships with them and the people I have the opportunity to work with.
