To accomplish this he made sure the home was properly prepared via staging and marketing which made all the difference in selling quickly at top dollar. Initially, I was concerned about the listing price being too low but with David's experience and counsel I, delightfully, needn't have worried! In fact, with his background as an appraiser he was spot on in predicting an anticipated sales price. First of all, David Melford was the only one who consistently sent me lists of viable properties in my price range and in the area I was looking at.
