Born in Kansas City Missouri, Brian's intrigue with real estate, architecture, building and design runs four generations deep, beginning with his great grandfather's foray into real estate development in the early 1900's. Combined with a deep knowledge of the fundamentals of real estate analysis and his extensive background in finance, Brian is skilled at identifying potential and viability in any real estate investment, large or small.
Brian has extensive experience working with a broad clientele from the public and private sector as well as developers and international buyers and investors, and ensures the real estate process is seamless no matter what the demand. Over many years of cultivating relationships, Brian has built a robust network of buyers and investors who seek his guidance and real estate expertise.
A longtime resident of Logan Circle, Brian loves the diverse neighborhoods, people and properties of Washington DC. Favorite pastimes include cross country skiing, cooking, singing and meandering the streets of any town his travels may take him.
In addition, Brian volunteers with FLOC (For Love Of Children), a non-profit that provides enhanced learning opportunities for low-income children from first grade through post-secondary education and the Palisades Village, a Washington, D.C. community focused on enabling older adults to remain in their homes, living independently, comfortably, and safely for as long as possible
