"Hannah is very knowledgeable about the market and all of the neighborhoods in the District of Columbia and adjacent areas. She was very attentive to our needs and was most resourceful in investigating properties that would be a good fit for us. We greatly appreciated this since we were coming from NY and were seldom In D.C. to check properties out when they became available. She went out of her way to develop positive relationships with potential landlords and this undoubtedly made for a very smooth process at the apartment complex where we were accepted. And her care didn't end there, after the contract was signed she made sure all the logistical pieces were in place for our move and has been gracious enough to answer questions even well after our arrival in D.C. We cannot recommend her highly enough: she was exceptional and we couldn't have made the move without her."
"Hannah walked us step by step through the entire sales process. She also helped us with fulfilling the local DC TOPA requirements as a Landlord/Seller. She was successful in obtaining our full asking price with no additional negotiation requests from the buyer. I would highly recommend utilizing her expertise!"
"Someone said about customer service, "Make a customer, not a sale." Indeed, Hannah is in the business of creating customers as the end goal. She is there to help, guide, and negotiate on your behalf with a quality of service that is undeniable, going above and beyond what is expected. For sure, she over-delivers, and as a home buyer, I got what I was looking for. Satisfaction is rating. Loyalty is a brand. Her "brand" has easily turned me into a lifelong customer. Will definitively go back to her for either selling my condo or buying a new property."

After nearly a decade of federal service in national security, Hannah turned her long-time passion for real estate and home renovation into her primary calling. She draws from her eighteen years in DC as a homeowner, investor, renovator, tenant, landlord, and Airbnb Superhost to bring the best service to her clients.
Buying and selling in the DMV can be daunting, but Hannah believes the process should be fun. She leverages her government experience in negotiation and data analysis to successfully advocate on her clients' behalf. Most importantly, Hannah believes in listening to and collaborating with her clients to find the home and community that best serves their needs.
Hannah has also served as an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner, a non-partisan, unpaid elected office where she represented over 2,500 constituents in the heart of the District. She leverages her experience working in the community to help her clients navigate the challenges associated with acquiring building permits, understanding zoning regulations, and working with neighborhood associations.
Hannah originally hails from Windermere, Florida, and is a member of the Church of the Resurrection on Capitol Hill and the Eckington Civic Association. If she's not out enjoying a new DC restaurant with friends, she's probably just hanging out on her front porch.
