Bob is a DC-area native. He was born in Alexandria and has lived in Northern Virginia ever since. Bob’s approach to real estate is to be proactive and always go the extra mile. He believes in forging close relationships with his clients, always listening attentively to the details. He keeps up to date on all the latest technology to expand the reach of listings and find the best properties. If there is a new piece of technology out there, chances are Bob has it and is feverishly putting it to work for his delighted clients in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. When he does (temporarily) step away from the screen, Bob is somewhere outdoors biking, hiking, skiing, or kayaking.
Elyse fell in love with the Washington area while attending undergraduate and law school at American University. She then decided to make the area her long-term home. After varied and fascinating careers as a lawyer, a lobbyist, and even a Colonel in the US Army Reserve, Elyse set her sights on real estate and found her true calling guiding and advocating for her clients. Now in her second decade of success in the industry, Elyse has a loyal client base that describes her as a talented and careful listener, a practiced and seasoned negotiator, and an all-around trusted advisor. Elyse helps clients buy and sell their dream homes in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
Lou is a native Washingtonian, of Colombian descent. He began his career in commercial real estate with Smithy Braedon in DC and then with Cushman & Wakefield in Miami. Lou loves all aspects of real estate and has developed, purchased and sold multiple investment properties. He has brought this broad real estate experience to Compass, where his skills in negotiating either side of a transaction makes him the perfect partner for buyers and sellers. Lou’s in-depth knowledge of the local market gives clients the assurance they are receiving the best possible service in today’s competitive marketplace. He has supported the community as President of the Board of Sitar Arts Center, a local afterschool program for at risk children. Lou graduated from Georgetown University, with a degree in Government, followed by a graduate certificate in International Business.
Orlando understands that “home is where the heart is,” so he knows how important real estate decisions can be. He enjoys navigating friends and family through the complex real estate process. Orlando learns each client’s goals to find a good fit for their investment. His success in client-facing industries like publishing and public health have been attributed to a combination of responsiveness and laser focus. He has provided individualized attention while managing numerous clients (like up to 256) at one time. Orlando is fluent in speaking, reading, and writing en español.
Mila is a 25-year DC resident who knows and loves the market. She has helped clients find their ideal homes for the past 11 years by combining knowledge and experience with a sense of fun and joy. She goes the extra mile to make selling and buying strategic win-win situations for all involved. Extensive travels allow Mila to relate to a wide variety of clients. Whether helping first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or clients looking for their second or third home, she is undaunted by any challenge. Mila speaks fluent Spanish and passable French.
Robert was born in Wellington, New Zealand, and has lived all over the globe, but his permanent home base was always the DC area. He offers clients extensive local knowledge as a McLean High School alum and a parent of former DC and Fairfax County school students. Robert delivers unbeatable results to buyers and sellers with a personal touch and approachable style. He draws upon his12+ years’ experience as a business development executive at global public health research companies where he helped them win contracts at the National Institutes of Health and other federal agencies. Robert is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors.
Aron moved to Washington, DC in 2011 to pursue his passion for real estate. While working with a demanding clientele, Aron has learned the value of providing excellent customer service, and he constantly strives to exceed his clients' expectations in what is a complex and often challenging process. Aron is an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying hiking, camping, cycling, and rafting.
