Unique to the real estate industry, Denise maintains a very successful bicoastal business model with offices in Los Angeles and New York. With her dedicated syndicate of
seasoned professionals on both coasts, as well as her thorough understanding of both real
estate landscapes, Denise is able to seamlessly serve the real estate needs of all her clientele.
Denise maintains memberships in CAR (California Association of Realtors) and GLAAR (Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors), where she actively serves on the Board’s Professional
Standards Committee. In addition, Denise is very proud to carry the prestigious NYRS
(New York Residential Specialist) designation and is a member in good standing of REBNY (Real Estate
Board of New York).
Denise’s philanthropic ventures include a full-length album titled “For Good,” all the proceeds of which benefit Sylvia’s Place, an emergency shelter for homeless and runaway LGBTQ youth in NYC. That project, a true labor of love, has raised over $10,000 for the shelter. Above all else, Denise is devoted to her chocolate brown toy poodle “Penelope.”
