"Kim was an ideal agent for a young family on the market for a new home in Central Denver. Kim showed tremendous patience week after week as we rejected home after home (sometimes after a great deal of hemming and hawing). During that period, she helped us judge the costs of two fixer-uppers by bringing over a contractor to give us back-of-the-envelope estimates for how much we should expect to pay in rehabs. Kim then did an excellent job of guiding us through a bidding war that included some rather unusual and aggressive demands from the sellers.
The quality Kim brought that most surprised us was her ability to put homes in context. Much of this skill came from her own deep experience in the Denver housing market; Kim was able to tell us which aspects of homes in particular neighborhoods were typical and which were unique. Her connection to Perry and Co. also gave her access to a great deal of price data, allowing us to judge whether homes were priced correctly for their neighborhood. (Kim’s ability to draw on the collective knowledge of an entire team of agents was one of major reasons we chose Kim. We had used another independent agent for the purchase of our first house and liked that agent very much. But we were drawn to Kim’s ability to call on her colleagues for information. That proved valuable multiple times during the search process.)
We would recommend Kim in a heartbeat and will use her again to sell our house." - Becky
"Kim is great to work with. She never pressured us and she got the job done!" - Nora
Kimberly is originally from farm country California and during her time at U.C. Santa Barbara she had the opportunity to live and study in Vancouver, British Columbia, and Tokyo, Japan. She chose the University of Colorado for her MBA and settled in Denver almost 20 years ago. While she loves the adventure of change, she is yet to tire of the mountain vistas and all that this great city has to offer. She definitely considers herself home in Denver.
With 18 years of sales and marketing experience, connecting buyers and sellers is what she does best. Like many of you, she wears many hats. It's not only her experience as a Realtor® but also as a mom of three, and an active volunteer in her community, that gives her the insight into what Denver buyers are really looking for, and what sellers need to get the job done. She also looks forward to talking 'schools' with you.
The other “hat” she proudly wears, is that of the owner of the Sweet William Market in Stapleton. She loves all things vintage and the thrill of connecting shoppers with the treasures they hunt for. As the organizer of this vintage outdoor market, she has helped hundreds of vendors stage and merchandise their spaces with targeted marketing to draw in their buyers.
In her spare time, she coordinates events for the kid’s schools and weddings at their church. She loves to ski and snowshoe, do all things crafty, and cozy up with a good book at the end of the day.
Kimberly is always happy to help. Give her a call if you need anything!
