About Ed
Ed Del Guercio brings to Compass a diverse array of practical experience ranging from the
management of residential and commercial construction projects to overseeing the day-to-day digital marketing
and analytics of a growing business. A Westchester native, Ed offers his clients an innate
understanding of the different towns and areas as well as real-time insights on market conditions and the outlook for
investments.
A Pound Ridge resident with two young daughters, Ed understands that it’s about more than simply the convenience and aesthetic appeal of living in Westchester County, it’s about creating an exceptional lifestyle. In addition to his real estate career, Ed founded businesses involved in marketing, home décor, and commercial carpentry. This well-rounded skill set gives him a unique perspective which he is able to utilize for his clients benefit whether it’s investing in upgrades to maximize the sale price to pointing out potential concerns when walking through properties with his buyer clients.
Ed earned his BA in psychology from St. Michael's College in Winooski VT. When he’s not assisting his clients in real estate, Ed enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, playing music, and enjoying nature in the many trails and woods in and around Pound Ridge, New York.
