Fun, honest, resourceful, knowledgeable, patient and witty—these are just a few of the adjectives used by clients to describe Eileen.
An Austin resident for over 35 years, she’s witnessed firsthand how the city has transformed from a sleepy college town to a world-class destination. A UT Grad with dual degrees in Art History and Asian Studies, Eileen is a former marketing director in music and IT. Prior to joining Compass, Eileen ran a much-loved boutique real estate company. As a fan of great marketing, Eileen made the jump to Compass when she saw the marketing tools, technology and brains that are quickly making Compass a world leader in real estate.
With a keen eye for design trends, architectural styles, and investment potential, Eileen’s completely focused on her clients and their homes. A “house fan” in her daily life, she has a fond spot in her heart for historic properties in Austin’s heritage neighborhoods—though she loves matching people with the right house in all areas of town. With two historic renovations under her belt (a mid-century modern in Northwest Hills and Spanish Mission Revival bungalow in Aldridge Place), she has used her passion for preservation to help keep Austin’s notable structures intact. Eileen has served on the Board of Directors for Preservation Austin since 2016.
Eileen’s deep experience can help her clients navigate the often crazy Austin real estate market and help them find a house to call home in a part of town that fits them perfectly. An expert negotiator with 16 years experience, Eileen has been named either a winner or finalist for the Platinum Top 50 Realtors in Austin for 5 years running. She is also a member of the Million Dollar Guild of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and she is one of only 1% of realtors nationwide to hold all of the big 4 real estate designations: the Accredited Buyer’s Rep, Council of Residential Specialisits, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
Focusing on building relationships through every transaction, Eileen still consults with clients years after their purchases to share info on trends, market fluctuations and to consult on home improvements and remodeling.
When not selling real estate, you can find Eileen engrossed in her collection of shelter publications, or hanging out with her husband and two rescue dogs in Austin or Santa Fe. And when in doubt, “ask Eileen!”
