Personal Mission Statement
To fuse his education and experience as a trial attorney with his lifetime knowledge of Austin to provide the very best experience to clients seeking to buy or sell real estate.
Experience & Background
Elliott is a graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio. He has served as an Assistant City Attorney, City Attorney and Assistant Attorney General before going into private practice in 1997. Elliott has practiced eminent domain law as a solo practitioner and with Avant & Mitchell, a boutique law firm with a statewide eminent domain practice.
Elliott became licensed as a Realtor® in 2011 because he felt that his extensive knowledge of negotiation technique, property law and real estate valuation principles would be of significant benefit to persons buying or selling real estate. His negotiation skills, legal experience and lifetime knowledge of Austin reassures his clients that they are getting excellent representation.
Elliott is a real estate investor who owns several properties in Austin. He and his late wife Sheri purchased and renovated four properties in East Austin. Currently, Elliott lives in the trendy SoCo area of Austin where he also maintains a vacation rental.

Personal
When Elliott is not working, chances are he is sampling the cuisine at a new Austin restaurant or dining at one of his favorites - many of which are on South Congress Avenue. Elliott also enjoys travel and socializing with friends, many of whom are former clients. Elliott is on the Board of Directors of Florence’s Comfort House, a charity for underprivileged children in the Montopolis Area of Austin. He is also the Zone Representative in the Bouldin Creek Neighborhood Association.
