An Associate Broker on the Joe Carbone Team, Eric Haley's passion is bringing clients to the closing table. Throughout the selling and buying processes, he listens to and strives to understand client needs, guides and advises them, and works alongside them every step of the way in order to deliver them the best price and terms possible for their home. As a life-long learner and former teacher, Eric closely monitors developments and trends within this fast-moving market in order to better inform and serve his clients.

With over 20 years of experience within the real estate industry, Eric's business ethos is based on the importance of delivering an exceptional experience to his clients. Prior to earning his agent's license and the Realtor designation, he led and directed national closing operations for companies specializing in vacation and in residential real estate transactions.

Currently Eric lives in a high rise in Midtown Atlanta with his wife and two cats. Prior to downsizing, they lived in the suburbs of East Cobb. A long-time Atlanta resident, he was born in the Old Fourth Ward, and grew up in Clayton County before leaving home to attend the University of Georgia. He enjoys watching the city grow and change, and exploring new areas and new restaurants across the metro area. In his spare time, he might be seen running down the Beltline, or birdwatching in Piedmont Park.
