Ethan Bullock

Ethan Bullock is an award-winning real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in residential sales, marketing, construction, and development. Regardless of the scale or the complexity of the transaction, Ethan's professional experience, commitment to a sterling ethical standard, unmatched work ethic, and proven negotiating skills have established a strong record of success. 

Originally from the east coast, Ethan began his career in real estate development with Toll Brothers in their NY Division. The call of the West brought Ethan to Colorado in 2010, and he earned his broker's license shortly thereafter. 

Outside of real estate, Ethan can likely be found on a trail run, on skis, or in the gym. An accomplished athlete, he has successfully completed the Leadville 100 Trail Race, the Elk Mountains Grand Traverse, and numerous other ultramarathons and skimo races throughout the US. A proud father and husband, Ethan and Jeni call Louisville home and have two daughters who inspire and amaze (and terrify) on a daily basis.

Ethan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Art History and Classics, and captained their D1 wrestling team.
