About Evan
Evan attended the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University graduating with a degree in Finance and Supply Chain Management. Since 2019, Evan has been actively purchasing multifamily rentals and fix-and-flip properties in his hometown of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
After moving to Chicago in 2020, Evan worked within the commercial real estate industry as an acquisitions analyst overseeing the financial analysis and due diligence for large multifamily transactions across the Midwest and Southeast. Evan decided to jump into his own real estate business full-time in 2021 and has been actively involved in 60+ fix-and-flips and rental property transactions since 2019.
