Frank has a life-long history and countless stories of going the extra mile by providing superior service to his clients, above and beyond what should be expected. After a 17-year career as a food broker account executive calling on SYSCO Foods, he took Patricia's advice and began his real estate career in 2003. He achieved immediate success winning the Coldwell Banker "Rookie of the Year" award, and subsequently the "Presidents Elite" awards for 2004, 2005, and 2006 (Top 5%). Because of this success he formed ECO Properties with two sons and a nephew in 2007. They expanded to three offices (Las Vegas, Henderson, and Phoenix). When the company was sold in 2014, Frank joined the team of his long-time friend, Patricia Stampley.
