About Georgia
Experience counts, and who you work with matters. With nearly 20 years selling residential real estate in Seattle and the Greater Eastside, Georgia is the ultimate partner for your every need. A second-generation Realtor who got her license at the age of 19, she’s always been passionate about the business and dedicated to her profession. Georgia worked alongside her mother until she retired, and went on to continue building a proven track record of success and loyal client base.
Her accolades are quite impressive. SKCR recognized Georgia with the “One to Watch” award in 2011, and in 2012 under her leadership as Chair, Seattle King County Realtors YPN won Medium “Network of the Year.” Georgia then went on to serve at a national level as YPN, National Board of Directors, and more recently, the Leadership Identification and Development Committee. She was later asked by NAR First Vice President Charlie Oppler to lead as 2020 Vice Chair for the National Association of Realtors YPN Advisory Board, which has grown to 400+ Networks nationwide. As the 2020 President of Seattle King County REALTORS, Georgia led the association during an unprecedented time of the pandemic helping to keep the Realtors working, declared essential by Governor Jay Inslee.
While buyers and sellers love her extensive accomplishments, they most of all appreciate her unparalleled knowledge and attentive service. Georgia is extremely client-oriented and results-driven. She doesn’t chase the deal; rather, she is focused on people’s best interests, and providing a smooth, satisfying process for everyone she represents.
Georgia was raised in Sammanish, WA since the age of 12. She received a degree in Communication at Seattle Pacific University, and initially enjoyed a career as an NFL Cheerleader for the Seattle Seahawks while selling real estate. Kirkland is her home base, and she lives there with her two adorable children and very hairy cat! Her free time is mainly spent with her family; plus she enjoys Barre3 and her Peloton.
