About Ginny
Ginny's profound understanding of the real estate profession is a result of her vast experience from both a professional and personal standpoint.
Ginny’s professional transition to real estate occured after having worked for an esteemed Connecticut-based builder. She was charged with design choices for new construction in the $1.5 - $2.5 million dollar range. This included the selection of lighting, tile, paint colors and flooring options. This knowledge allows her to offer invaluable insight for buyers with respect to property values and overall improvement costs.
On a personal note, after having lived in 6 states and internationally, Ginny understands the complexities of a smooth transition. Having relocated often with three children, she relied on her local real estate agents for information on schools, doctors and local resources. Ginny has firsthand knowledge that working with a great real estate agent entails so much more than simply finding the right home.
Since 2011, Ginny has exclusively worked in real estate. She covers Fairfield County with an emphasis on the Westport market, where she has lived for the past 20 years. She loves matching buyers to their ideal homes, and she has a wealth of resources including real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, stagers and the like to assist in a successful sale.
Ginny holds a Master's degree in Social Work, a Bachelor's degree in Social Work & an Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education.
