A California native, Glennie grew up in the Central Coast of Paso Robles and has been living the Bay Area (Oakland) for the past decade. She relocated to Northern California to attend college; receiving a dual Masters degree in Psychology( MFT & Organization/ Industrial Psych) from Golden Gate University.

Known for her warm and communicative style, Glennie focuses on relationship building with her clients to comprehensively understand their real estate goals. Working with both buyers and sellers, she shares in-depth local knowledge of the market, neighborhoods and what it takes to successfully buy or sell in the East Bay market. As an Oakland homeowner for the past decade (with children in the local schools) she shares her first hand knowledge and experience of the neighborhoods, schools and community.

Glennie takes the time to fully understand each client's needs; their timeline, lifestyle, budget and specific property needs. Throughout the process she listens, offers expert advice, confidence and guidance which empowers her clients to make informed decisions during the often stressful process of buying or selling.

Additionally, Glennie also has experience with home staging, renovation projects and possesses a keen eye for interior design. For buyers, she helps her clients envision a home to its full potential- whether it's a seeing past bad staging, or helping them understand what fresh paint & new light fixtures can do for a space. For sellers, she will assist with design selections, staging, and project management for the sales process.

Prior to a career in Real Estate, she worked for several years in the hospitality industry, gaining strong communication and customer service skills. Since joining the real estate industry she has cultivated long-lasting relationships with agents, designers and contractors, building a network that is integral to her clients' success.
