About Gordon
Gordon was one of the original employees that started at Compass in January 2013 and is currently the Tri-State Regional Vice President at Compass. He started as a real estate agent in NYC in 1992 and soon realized that his skill set, passion and love/respect for agents was better geared towards offering guidance for agents on their business/personal growth. In 1994 Gordon started a brokerage firm in NYC where he ran multiple offices and mentored/coached hundreds of agents. Gordon's passion for coaching agents allowed him to create what he termed "BGM's" or "Business Growth Meetings". The sole focus of these meetings are to help agents make more money in less time. He has been a member of The Strategic Coach Program which is solely for entrepreneurs personal and professional growth and founded by Dan Sullivan 35+ years ago. Additionally, he has led Business/Life Plan Workshops for decades to help agent's realize their personal and professional dreams. Gordon has lived in NYC since 1992 and current lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan with his wife and three children.
