Waterfront Homes, Estates, First-Time Buyers
University of Connecticut
Growing up in Rowayton with a builder for her father, Meggan understands the 'ins and outs' of home construction personally. This environment contributed to her love of homes and from a young age, Meggan was excitedly 'touring' the new and old home projects that her father was working on. This passion for homes and construction has enabled her to succeed in the real estate industry since 2000.
There was never any doubt that Meggan wanted to repeat history and raise her family in the town that she loves dearly. Proud to say that her children are 5th Generation Rowaytonites, they are the epitome of 'locals.’ She has a genuine love of introducing the area to new residents and for helping her neighbors market and sell their homes. Being a born & bred local means that Meggan has the ability to sell homes in the area authentically, like no others.
The beauty of raising two children and her English Bulldog, Commissioner Gordon, in the town that she lives and work in is that she is embedded in a vast network of families through schools, church and other organizations.
