Greg is a graduate of San Jose State University where he earned his degree in Finance and Real Estate. He obtained his real estate license in 1991 and his Broker’s license in 2007, and his clients benefit from his more than 25 years of successful sales and international business development experience. Additionally, Greg has life-long experience in residential land development and home construction providing invaluable skills and knowledge to determine home values in any market. Greg is a listing specialist giving clients honest and straightforward advice based upon sound and verifiable data. He adheres to a tightly controlled schedule of daily activities, treats real estate sales as a business and is particularly skilled at generating leads with sellers and buyers through massive telephone prospecting, direct agent-to-agent marketing and concentrated lead follow-up. He has been a resident of the East Bay for more than 20 years and enjoys every minute with his three wonderful children. Outside of real estate, Greg and his children enjoy traveling, hiking, baseball and fly fishing.
