About Gregory

Hailing from one of Denver's oldest and largest families, Gregory's first love for his hometown came from working in his family's local restaurants as a kid. His grandfather came from Greece in search of better educational opportunities for his children, and was a prominent developer, investor, and man of the community in the 50s, 60s, and 70s.

Gregory’s genuine interest in people, entrepreneurship, and the world carried him into a career in partnerships, business development, and technology.

He has helped build several technology-oriented disruptors in the International Trade Intelligence space, Media and Entertainment, International Shipping, and Real Estate Technology.

Most notably, Gregory built a media company called Fullscreen with his brother, taking the company from a couple of guys in a Santa Monica apartment to a Billion dollar global enterprise with 1,000 employees worldwide, and ultimately an acquisition from AT&T. Along the way, he became a guest lecturer and speaker at UCLA, USC, and several industry panels worldwide, as well as a Juror for the Emmys.

After over a decade in the startup technology world, Gregory was approached by Compass (Corporate) to lead its expansion into Southern California’s key markets: Malibu, Beverly Hills, and Calabasas. In this new role, he analyzed thousands of Real Estate businesses, and learned what made them tick…or not.

With an intimate knowledge of industry best practices, Gregory left the corporate side of Real Estate and jumped in two feet first as an agent. Shortly after, he joined forces with founding Denver brokers Jeff Hendley and Susie Dews to oversee growth, operations, and new business development.

Gregory attributes the success he has had as an agent to the relentless pursuit of a superior client experience, his knowledge of the local market and its key players, and his business background.

In his free time, he contributes as a co-chair to his 501c3 non-profit, plays sports, chess, learns foreign languages, and spends time with his beautiful wife, Natália.
