About Heidi
At the height of my previous career, I felt like something was missing in my life. I was completely burnt out + needed change. In a big way. So I scaled back from my business to dive head first into real estate. It’s something I’ve grown up with, my parents were farmers so they were always renting, leasing, buying + selling land or equipment. My dad would dream up these big numbers on his “magic calculator” and let us know exactly how much he expected one piece of land or another investment to perform over time. When I was little, I would wake up with him for the opening bell on the New York stock exchange each morning + tie his shoes before he left for work.

The longer I’m in real estate, the more it makes sense. It’s intuitive for me, I’m a natural connector + I LOVE helping people create spaces where they feel like they BELONG. I love people + experiencing their milestones alongside them as part of their support system. Guiding my clients and friends through the biggest investments of their lives is an honor + a privilege. Something I take seriously while bringing levity to each transaction.

Denver has always had my heart. Ever since my sister + her family moved here in 2001. I fell in love with the sunny winters + plethora of outdoor activities available. I took a chance on myself and made the move in May 2013. Denver for a decade! Since then I’ve lived in about every neighborhood you can think of in the Metro area. Each has their own unique nuances you would only understand through firsthand experience. I’m passionate about good food, good coffee beautiful places. Denver has so much to offer and I’m here to find you a home in the heart of what fuels you + all the things you never even knew you needed.
