Kim Soule

Before becoming a real estate agent, Kim spent 17 years in film, television and advertising honing her skills in impactful imagery and creative marketing. Following her move to Brooklyn, Kim’s fell in love with real estate; having bought and sold several residential and investment properties of her own, Kim’s experience has landed her on the forefront of the Brooklyn property market. Kim lives in a townhouse in Boerum Hill, with her husband, 4 children, 2 pets and is actively involved in the music and arts.

Lucy Perry

After growing up in Minnesota, Lucy attended college in Maine, spent a few years living in the mountains of Idaho and returned to the East Coast to become a landscape architect. City living was not in the plans but Brooklyn stole her heart. She and her architect husband bought a townhouse in Carroll Gardens, renovated it, and raised three boys. When not searching for her client’s dream house, or staging the next sale, Lucy loves a game of tennis, a movie, BAM, dinner with friends, or a home cooked meal with her family.

Jessica Henson

Jessica comes to real estate from an extensive background in performance, primarily on stage, but also film and tv. Actors are entrepreneurial by nature, and paired with Jessica’s focus, people-person skills and ability to work under tremendous pressure and on tight deadlines, she found real estate to be a natural fit. Jessica genuinely loves real estate and is dedicated to making it as seamless for her clients as possible. Jessica lives in the Columbia Street Waterfront District with her husband, 2 sons and 1 pet, and in her spare time she is active in both volunteering and fundraising for a range of nonprofits and charities.
