About Ila
Having lived in, sold, bought and rented multiple houses in different cities, different states and even different countries, Ila understands that every person has a unique definition of "home". She equates buying a house to falling in love - sometimes it is love at first sight, while at other times there are a few heartbreaks in the path to one true love. Buying a house is an adventure and Ila loves being a part of her clients' adventure!

Selling a house - many a times a 'home' - is a different proposition and needs a completely different approach. Understanding the sellers motivation to sell and helping them understand the market conditions before putting the property on market is Ila's prime responsibilty. Preparing the property, marketing, negotiations and a smooth closing are all a part of the package! 

Ila's strengths are her passion towards her work, her honesty and her excellent communication skills. She's sensible, compassionate and funny (or so she likes to believe). 

A software engineer and an MBA in her past life, Ila left her high tech career and chose to be a stay-at-home mother to her two boys for the last 10 years. She is an active member in her community, volunteering at different events at schools & libraries. She loves reading, writing, watching movies, acting in theatre productions and spending time - chatting and laughing - with her family and friends.
