Having lived and worked in Washington, D.C., for more than a decade, she’s got her thumb on the pulse of the real estate market in the DMV area. A homeowner in the highly-sought-after Capitol Hill neighborhood, Ilyse is passionate about staying in-the-know on the latest local housing and business developments, and she has experienced firsthand what it takes to purchase a home in the district’s highly competitive market.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with and friends, traveling, is a wine connoisseur, and volunteers in the community. She’s also obsessed with her dog, Bailey.
