About Ivor
Ivor grew up in the beautiful country of Croatia. He later moved to the U.S. to play Division 1 tennis in college. After receiving an Economics degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara, Ivor earned an MBA from the University of Washington.
Ivor takes a “no-nonsense” approach keeping an open line of communication while providing transparency to his clients. He does everything in his power to ensure a smooth transaction for both buyers and sellers. As an established real estate investor himself, Ivor also takes his clients’ confidentiality very seriously.
Ivor has lived in Santa Barbara for over 12 years where he now shares a home with his wife, son Ian, and two rescue dogs Malka and Midas. If you see him at the tennis courts, rugby pitch, or mountain biking at Elings Park – be sure to say hello!
