About Julie
Julie has been in real estate in Teton Valley for 30 years, licensed for 25 years. She is well versed in all aspects of buying and selling. She started her career in real estate as a developer, learning on her own from the school of "hard knocks" how to navigate development. She went on to develop several land projects, has built several homes, is well versed in commercial real estate, and has sold from design-build to luxury homes. The notable 320 East Broadway building in Jackson Hole was one of her commercial projects.
Julie has spent significant time in the Huntsman Springs luxury community facilitating sales and working with new ownership on redevelopment plans. She has one of the most diverse backgrounds in real estate, having owned her firm in Teton Valley, Idaho, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. This work history allows her ability to think creatively outside of the box when working with buyers, sellers, and developers.
Julie's passion includes Triathlon, Duathlon, and Trail running. She is a top-ranked USAT Triathlete and Duathlete. She also raced for years on the USATF Mountain Running Team. This drive to excel and perform is witnessed in every aspect of her business.
